Frances knew many people and made fast friends through her work at the hospital and through the Catholic Diocese of San Angelo. Frances was a loving person who was devoted to her family, friends, and God. Her love for her family and friends was genuine and deep. She especially enjoyed doting on her nieces and nephews. Even through the toughest times of her difficult journey, she never lost her faith or sight of God. We take comfort in knowing that she is reunited with her parents and siblings. We thank every one who supported Frances with prayer, friendship, and contributions.
