Caleb Lawrence Wallace, a man of many talents and life-long resident of Texas died August 28, 2021 at the age of 30 and went home to his Heavenly Father.
Caleb was born in Mesa, Arizona on March 8, 1991 to Russ and Becky Wallace, but grew up in what he called “The Great State of Texas”. Caleb was a Rancher and an Insight Sales and Backup Driver for AirGas. On January 4, 2014 he married his beautiful wife, Jessica, in the Texas Latterday Saints Houston Temple. Between the years of 2015 and 2021 his children were born who were the most important part of his life and gave him his favorite title, “Daddy”.
Caleb was a devoted father, husband and family man and an avid animal lover. Caleb loved doing acts of service for others, he would frequently call home to his wife to let her know he would be late because he was helping people in need. Caleb loved to hunt and could spend hours on a ranch taking care of animals, filling deer feeders and helping others hunt. Caleb loved spending time with his girls, they would wrestle, play outside, swim, horseback riding, watching movies and cuddled and he would read bedtime stories to them every night. Caleb loved being a “girl dad”. Caleb was a devoted husband and loved his wife passionately and would do anything for her happiness and love. They would go on frequent “date nights”, take family trips, would laugh uncontrollably together and made sure each other knew how much they loved one another.
Caleb was a problem-solver and would often take on unwanted and difficult projects at work, at home and for others. Caleb was very close with his father and would frequently weld with his dad, work on their ranching equipment, clean guns and work on their trucks together. Caleb loved his mother and siblings and would do anything for them no matter what. Caleb was a spiritual man involved in many church activities including a 2 year long mission to Anchorage, Alaska teaching others the gospel and about our Heavenly Father. Caleb was a passionate person, always stood up for what he believed in and put others needs before his own. Caleb will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all who knew him.
Caleb is survived by his parents, Russ and Becky Wallace; his Wife Jessica Wallace, their children, Brooke, Aubrey, Kate and Emsley Wallace.; his in-laws, Jimmy and Magdalena Birkhead; His brother and wife, Tyler and Sara Wallace; Sister and Husband, Michael and Susan Juarez; Brother and Wife, Scott and Teresa Brauer; Sister and Husband, Jake and Meghan Peters; Brother, Cameron Gonzales; his Nieces and Nephews, Kailey, Jordan, Mya, Elias, Alexah, Nellie, Dallin, Abram, Micah; Uncle and Aunt, Steve and Susan Ray; Aunt Sharron Richmond.
Caleb is preceded in death by his Papa and Nana, Bruce and Shirley Wallace; Grandfather Stanley Weibel and Grandmother JoAnn Weibel; and his Aunts, Barbara and Marie Wallace.
Memorial Service will be held September 3rd, 2021 at 10:00am located at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. 4475 Southwest Blvd San Angelo, Tx 76904
Please no black attire we are not here to mourn we are here to celebrate the life of Caleb Wallace. Come as you are but please dress appropriately as we will be in a church. Masks are encouraged but not required.
