Ronald Dwight Wolsey, 60, of San Angelo went to be with the Lord, on Friday, November 27, 2020 in San Angelo. Ron was born October 14, 1960 in Joplin Missouri to Jerry and Florence Capp Wolsey. He grew up in Joplin and attended schools there. At a young age he started working in the oil field and in transportation and then construction where he worked for over 30 years. Ron married the love of his life Beverly Glantz on October 15, 1983 and they shared 37 incredible years together and raised 4 children while living in San Angelo. Ron was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend who devoted his life to his family. Ron was never idle as he enjoyed hunting, fishing, four wheeling and wrestling. Aside from being a friend to many, he was patient, kind and generous with others and at the same time would charmingly tell it like it was. Ron’s love for his family and passion for his career and being outdoors will
remain in our hearts forever and we will dearly miss him. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, Dennis and Steve Wolsey and his sister, Donna Guyette. Ron is survived by his loving wife, Beverly Wolsey, of San Angelo; his Children: Zakariah Wolsey and his wife Jessica, of Harper, TX, Heather Chavez and her husband David, of San Antonio, TX, Joshua Wolsey and his wife Melissa, of Canyon Lake, TX and Keith Wolsey and his wife Emily, of Shreveport, LA; 14 Grandchildren; 2 Great Grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
