Kathy Nell Proehl, 72, passed away August 12, 2017. A memorial service will be held at 2 PM, Friday, August 18, 2017, at Angelo Bible Church with Pastor Jim Stanley officiating. She is survived by her husband, Robert Proehl. Arrangements are being handled by Johnson's Funeral Home
