Frances Lehman Dowd 93, passed away Monday, May 29, 2017 in Arlington, Texas. She was born on August 22, 1923 in Winters, Texas. She was a homemaker most of her life. Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Thomas Dowd. Private services will be held at a later date with interment in the Johnson's Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens, San Angelo, Texas.
