Hadlee Anne Holik, of Wall, TX, went to the arms of Jesus on Tuesday, March 14, 2017.
Hadlee was born to Jason and Shyanne Holik on November 2, 2015. She favored her siblings, had the prettiest dark brown eyes, and was nicknamed “Angel Baby” by her daddy. Hadlee fought a short but brave battle against Atypical Teratoid Rhabdoid Tumor, known as AT/RT brain cancer. She displayed a strong, fighting spirit even to the end. Her favorite place to be was at home playing with her siblings.
She is survived by her parents and siblings, Kylee, Jaxon, and Maggie of Wall; paternal grandparents Ruben and Rhonda Holik of Wall; maternal grandparents Brian and Rhonda Halfmann of Wall; paternal great-grandmother Margaret Dailey of San Angelo; and maternal great-grandmother Geraldine Halfmann of Wall.
She is also survived by aunts and uncles, Josh and Melissa Holik of Wall, Haley Holik of Austin, and Duane and Brianne Killam of Wall; cousins, Jude and Lyla Holik, and Addisyn, Karter, and Lexi Killam, all of Wall; as well as numerous great aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Hadlee is preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Stanley Sr. and Ruby Holik, W.C. and Pauline Ruffin, Alex Halfmann, and Roger Dailey, along with her great-uncle Franklin Holik Sr., and cousins Jack and Julie Burleson.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 17, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Glen Meadows Baptist Church.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Harper Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be her uncles, Josh Holik, and Duane Killam.
