For all that knew mom to say she was a mess was an understatement! She could seem tough on the outside but she was a very caring and loving person and mom and would do anything that she could for anyone. If she picked on you then she liked you. She and Dad made sure to try to raise Charlie and I to be good adults and believe you me that was a big job! Many times she had to apply that gold house shoe of hers to the seats of our behinds to remind us that she was the mom and Charlie and I both respected her and loved her dearly. Thank goodness for her love and guidance and for being such a great mom!
Pallbearers will be Charlie Hale, Scott Harvey, Cody Blair, Justin Shireman, Lon Felts, David Hale, Kelly Cochran and Wayne Jordan. Honorary pallbearers Bob Porter, Pierce Miller and Bob Phillips.
The family would like to give a special thank you to mom’s nurses, Cassie Bond and Jimmie Coppedge at Senior Care and a big special thanks to Pam Murphy who helped our family with her faith and guidance. The care and support mom received was wonderful!
