Robert Marvin "Bob" Rowland, 75, died Friday, December 9, 2016. The Graveside service will be 2:00 P.M., Monday, December 19, 2016 at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens. Survivors include his wife, Lena Rowland, of San Angelo; his children, Betty Powell, David Rowland, Tricia Rowland, Benny Harkey and Jackey Harkey; and his Brother, Richard "Dick" Rowland, of Dallas. Arrangements are by Harper Funeral Home.
