Kelly Lynn Hescht Wyatt, 53, of Mereta went to be with the Lord on Monday, September 19, 2016 in San Angelo. Kelly Lynn was born January 26, 1963 in Sylvania, Ohio to Roger and Bette Peart Beaty. She grew up in Ohio and after graduating from high school went to work for Kirkland’s corporation. Kelly quickly moved her way up to District Manager and eventually managed five states. Some years later, she found her way to San Angelo, and most recently worked for Around the Clock Day Care as a caregiver and teacher to the children. She loved working with the children and enjoyed every minute she was there. She met and later married Cecil Franklin Wyatt on July 26, 2016. Kelly was also a loving homemaker and business manager for her husband’s company. Kelly had many interests in life. She loved collecting cowboy memorabilia and everything cowboy and cowgirl themed. She also raised prize chickens or “Silkies” for show at carnivals and livestock shows. Kelly was a beautiful soul with a beautiful heart. Her passion for life, her strong faith in God and her unlimited perseverance made her the incredible person she was. We will carry her love and spirit in our hearts forever! Kelly was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband Cecil Franklin Wyatt, of Mereta; her daughter Krista Mora and her husband Bobby, of Lubbock; her grandchildren, Aidan Mora and Anna Mora, of Lubbock; her Mother-in-law, Frances Wyatt, of San Angelo; her Brothers, Roger, Ralph and Randy; and her church family and countless friends. The Memorial Service will be 3:00 P.M., Sunday, September 25, 2016 at Harper Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. JJ Lopez officiating. Kelly Lynn was a member of the Military Veterans Peer Network and a strong supporter of all United States Veterans. The family is requesting that donations be made to the Military Veterans Peer Network or a local Veterans Group of your choice.
