Elizabeth "Beth" Goodman Bailey of San Angelo, Texas passed away Sunday, April 10, 2016 . She was born in West, Texas on February 24, 1939. She was a graduate of LaVega High School of Dellmead, Texas and received her Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science in Special Education from Angelo State University. Elizabeth "Beth" had a career in education for 30 years with the San Angelo Independent School District. She had a passion for reading, cooking, celebrating life, theater, and her beloved Angelo State University. She adored her cats and had a unwavering love for her grandchildren. She was survived by her son Mr. Lee ( Susan) Bailey, five grandchildren Madeleine Bailey, Benjamin Bailey, Robert Bailey, Gavin Bailey, Claire Bailey all of New Braunsfel, Texas. a brother in law Mr. Robert Tucker. along with many numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She is preceded in death by a son Robert Weldon Bailey, two sisters, Mrs. June Tucker , Mrs. Connie Vickery, and a brother in law Mr. James Vickery. A heartfelt word of appreciation is extended to Hospice of San Angelo, Inc. ( HOSA) for all of the special care extended during the illness of our love. We will forever be grateful.
