Our beloved Lord gained a new sports loving angel on February 4, 2016. Allan was born January 5, 1959 in San Angelo to Herbert Horeis and Wanda Fleming Horeis. He is survived by one son, Shane Allan Horeis; sister, Leslie Earnest and companion Marie Moorehead. Other survivors include his niece Ashley Earnest and many loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents. Allan lived his life loving family, friends, all sports, outdoors, cook-offs, motorcycle and animals. He was always ready for any "fun" thing in general. He had many fun softball stories involving a wild and crazy bunch of friends and plenty of cold beer. Allan is gone much too soon leaving a hole in our hearts, but the Lord saw his pain and knew he was tired and ready for something better. Rest easy "Big Al" until we meet again. Allan's service will be on Monday February 8, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Gutierrez Funeral Chapels/Knickerbocker, 1102 Knickerbocker Rd.
