Sharon Fierro Martinez

Sharon Fierro Martinez, manager of The Market at Pinkie’s, died unexpectedly November 29, 2015 after a short illness.

Sharon never met someone she didn’t like, and no one who met her ever left without a smile on their face. She will be missed by everyone whose life she touched, from her family to fellow workers to customers she happily served.

“We first met Sharon when she came to work with us at Crystal’s Confectionery in 1987, and she quickly became part of our family,” said Mike and Mary Ellington, owners of Crystal’s Confectionery and Pinkie’s. “We all will miss her embrace of life, her quick smile, and her distinctive laugh.
