Eusebio Flores, Jr., better known as "Mr." age 64 of Cookeville, Tennessee went to be with the Lord, Sunday, August 16, 2015, at his home in Cookeville.
He was born Monday, February 12, 1951 in San Angelo, Texas; he was the son of the late Eusebio Flores, Sr. and Bertha (Martinez) Guererro.
He graduated from San Angelo Central High School in 1969, and attended the University of Maryland. He was very athletic, and while in high school, he was an all-star baseball player. Eusebio served in the US Army and was stationed in Germany and Okinawa, attaining the rank of Staff Sergeant. He had a passion for life and was an excellent golfer who played on some of the finest golf courses in the world. His career included work as a quality inspector for Perdue Foods and Oreck Vacuums in Tennessee. He and his spouse, Julie Culver, lived in Cookeville, where they raised cattle on their farm and spent time together antiquing throughout the South, which fostered his love of history. Eusebio was a member of the Cookeville Kiwanis Club.
He is survived by his Wife: Julie Culver and her Daughter, Rebecca Culver of Cookeville, TN
Mother: Bertha Guererro of San Angelo, TX; 1 Sister: Yolanda Picon of San Angelo, TX; 1 Brother: Mario Flores of Coppell, TX; 6 Nieces and 1 Nephew.
The family will receive friends and family from 6:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M., Friday, August 21, 2015 at Johnson's Funeral Home with a recitation of the Holy Rosary.
The Graveside Service will be 2:00 P.M., Saturday, August 22, 2015 at Calvary Catholic Cemetery with Deacon Steve Zimmerman officiating.
