Pansy L. Bosworth, 80, longtime resident of San Angelo, passed away Thursday, April 16, 2015. She was born Wednesday, October 3, 1934 in Iraan, Texas to the late, Elijah Thomas "Bill" and Mamie Alma McDonald Clendening. Pansy married the love of her life, Halbert "Hal" Bosworth the summer of 1958 in San Angelo. She worked as a supervisor both for Verizon and Shannon Medical Center, retiring 15 years ago. Pansy was a member of Southland Baptist Church, where she remained active for a number of years. Pansy was a talented artist and crafter, especially in the areas of painting, drawing and sewing. She was known for her outspoken nature and giving heart. Her independent spirit will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved her. Pansy was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sister, Pat Burnett; and niece, Laura Burnett.
Survivors include her brother-in-law, Lew Burnett and his wife, Diane; niece and primary caregiver, Linda Thomas and her husband, Carl; great nieces and nephews, Tara, Jason, Tami, and Luke; 4 great great nephews; 3 great great nieces; and a host of other relatives and friends, including special friends, Mary Dell Barron, Kay Peysen, and Alicia Sconiers.
