Johnnie R. Burns, 85, of Christoval passed away peacefully at his home Friday, April 03, 2015. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Shaffer Funeral Home/Sherwood Way.
He is survived by his sons, Rodney Burns of San Angelo, Lynn Hamilton and wife Cathy of Christoval; daughters, Linda Mariott and husband Jerry of Poteet, Beckie Torres of Albuquerque, NM and Lynna Nixon of Christoval; brother, Donovan Burns and wife Lucy of Inglaside; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
