San Angelo Man Arrested for Assaulting Pregnant Woman

SAN ANGELO— A San Angelo man has been arrested after assaulting a pregnant woman.

According to court documents, on July 5, 2023, Jacob Roman allegedly assaulted a woman. Roman is accused of punching the victim in the shoulder and squeezing her stomach. Both actions cause the victim pain. Also, the victim is pregnant.

Roman was arrested by the San Angelo Police Department at 9:23 p.m. on July 5, 2023, and is currently being held on $40,000 bond.
