Police Arrest Suspect for Beating an Elderly Man

 

SAN ANGELO— A suspect has been arrested after attacking an elderly man.

Brett Magill, 60, was arrested by the San Angelo Police Department and the Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office and was charged with injury to a child/elderly/disabled individual with intent to cause bodily injury, expired vehicle registration, and warrants.

According to court documents, on Thursday, May 11, 2023, Magill punched and kicked an individual older than 65 in the face, head, and abdomen while wearing boots.

Magill was booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility at 9:05 p.m. on May 11, 2023, and is currently an inmate being held on $35,000 bond.
