42-year-old Ismael Sedillo and 42-year-old Sarah Reed-Sedillo were arrested by San Angelo Police for Disorderly Conduct – Indecent Exposure. 38-year-old Rondy Marvin Strickland of Rochester, TX was arrested by San Angelo Police and charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Under 15 years of age in the vehicle. He was booked into jail at 6:56 pm. Sunday and his bond is listed at $25,000.
