SAN ANGELO – Authorities arrested and booked 12 individuals into the Tom Green County Detention Center over the last 24 hours on charges including Indecent Assault, Possession of Meth/Fentanyl & Marijuana and DWI.
40-year-old Thomas Florention was arrested by Sterling County Sheriff's Deputies & Tom Green County Deputies and charged with Possession of between 1 gram and 4 grams of Meth/Fentanyl and Going Off Bond for a Driving While Intoxicated conviction out of Collin County. He was booked into the Tom Green County Jail at 2:28 p.m. Monday and his bond was set at $30,000.
Casey Sutterfield, 41, was arrested by Coke County Sheriff's Deputies on a charge of Criminal Mischief between $2,500 and $30,000 out of Taylor County in April 2022. He was on parole from prison in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and charged with a Parole Violation, and 2 Capias Pro Fine warrants. He was booked into the Tom Green County Jail at 12:30 p.m. Monday and his bond was set at $10,000.
Joe Perez, 43, was arrested for Indecent Assault that occurred on Dec. 18, 2022. He was booked into the jail at 4:33 a.m. Tuesday. His bond was set at $2,500 by Tom Green County Court at Law Judge #2 Andrew Graves.
25% of those jailed were charged with Possession of Marijuana.
