SAN ANGELO – 23 individuals were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Detention Center over the last 24 hours on a variety of charges including Serious Felony Burglary of a Habitation, Assault of a Family Member, and Forgery of an Elderly Person's Checks.
31-year-old Jesus Martinez was arrested by San Angelo Police Friday and charged with Burglary of a Habitation (F2). He was booked into jail at 10:15 p.m. and his bond was set at $75,000.
Austin Torres, 29, was also arrested by San Angelo Police Friday afternoon. His bond was set at $50,000 after he was booked at 3:31 p.m. Torres is charged with one count of Assault of a Family Member with a Previous Conviction and one count of Assault of a Family Member Impeding Breath of Circulation (Choking).
49-year-old Rosalind Duran is jailed in lieu of bonds totaling $12,652 on a variety of charges including one charge for Forgery, one Grand Jury Indictment for Forgery of a Financial Instrument of an Elderly Person, one Issuance of a Bad Check, one Going Off Bond for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 which includes Meth, one Issuance of a Bad Check ($25.01 - $50), and 23 misc. Capias Pro Fines.
