SAN ANGELO – 15 individuals were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Detention Center over the last 24 hours on a variety of charges including Illegal Immigration, Assault of a Peace Officer, DWI and Drug Possession.
Three individuals were arrested for being in the United States illegally and were being held in the Tom Green County Jail for the Border Patrol: 27-year-old Anastacio Rodriguez-Jimenez, 27-year-old Carlos Garciai-Vidal, and 35-year-old Modesto Vasquez-Diaz, countries of origin unknown, were arrested by Tom Green County Sheriff's Deputies and booked into the jail shortly after 2 p.m. Saturday. They are being held without bond.
42-year-old Josh Gauwain was arrested by San Angelo Police and booked at 8:01 p.m. Saturday. Gauwain was charged with Assault Causing Bodily Injury and Assault of a Peace Officer by Contact. His bond was set at $1,512.
