Drug Test Falsification Device Arrest Tops Thursday Booking Report

The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.

  • Gregg Martinez was arrested for FALSE DRUG TEST FALSIFICATION DEVICE and MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 12:23 p.m. Martinez’s bond has been set at $500.00.
  • Cole Reyna was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 <1G, EVADING ARREST DETENTION W/VEH OR WATERCRAFT, and DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 1ST at 5:48 a.m. Reyna’s bond has been set at $26,000.00.

There are currently 557 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Thursday morning. Not every inmate in custody is in the facility long enough to stay overnight.  Some inmates who qualify for bond are released as soon as they make bond.

*The booking report uses an unclassified DEA Intelligence Report titled “Drug Slang Code Words” for terms meaning marijuana.*

The following individuals were booked into the TGCDF on Thursday, October 7, 2021:

  • Juan Torres was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 >=1G<4G and MISC COMM x6 at 1:37 a.m. Torres’ bond has been set at $35,000.00.
  • Nathan Sellers was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED BAC >=0.15, NO DRIVER LICENSE (WHEN UNLICENSED), FAILURE TO APPEAR, MISC COMM x3, DISREGARD STOP SIGN, and VPTA VIOLATE PROMISE TO APPEAR (UNIFORM ACT) at 3:53 a.m. Sellers’ bond has been set at $4,114.00.
  • Cole Reyna was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 <1G, EVADING ARREST DETENTION W/VEH OR WATERCRAFT, and DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 1ST at 5:48 a.m. Reyna’s bond has been set at $26,000.00.
  • Kayden McNeill was arrested for GOB* POSS CS PG 1 <1G, GOB* UNL CARRYING WEAPON, and MISC GOB* THEFT at 10:27 a.m. McNeill’s bond has been set at $5,752.00.
  • Jennifer Moreno was arrested for MTR* POSS CS PG 1 <1G at 11:37 a.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Gregg Martinez was arrested for FALSE DRUG TEST FALSIFICATION DEVICE and MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 12:23 p.m. Martinez’s bond has been set at $500.00.
  • Jerry Gonzales was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 12:15 a.m. and was released at 2:58 a.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
  • Mykah Saldivar was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, DWLI, NO DRIVER LICENSE, SEATBELT -15 YEARS AND OLDER (PASSENGER), TOBACCO- POSSESSION/CONSUMPTION/PURCHASE UNDER 21, and MISC FTA x2 at 12:23 a.m. and was released at 2:58 a.m. the same day on $4,288.00 bond.
  • Keil Parish was arrested for RPR* RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT, MTAG* DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED, NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, RPR* INTERFERE W/ PUBLIC DUTIES, and MISC VIOLATION PROMISE TO APPEAR at 11:34 a.m. and was released at 4:58 p.m. the same day on $3,282.00 bond.
