2 Bodies Found Floating in Apartment Complex Pool

LUBBOCK, TX — Two men were found Saturday afternoon dead, floating in the pool of an apartment complex. 

According to the Lubbock Police Department, on Jun. 5 at around 2 p.m., officers with the LPD were dispatched to the Heritage apartments to serve a welfare check for a possible dead body. 

When they arrived they discovered two male bodies In the pool. 

The deceased has been identified as 19-year-old Luis Donaldo Trinidad-Perez and 20-year-old Eliseo Alfaro-Trinidad.

The Metropolitan Special Crimes Unit was called to the scene due to the unknown nature of their deaths.

At this time no cause of death has been released.

This case remains under investigation by the Metropolitan Special Crimes Unit.
