SAPD Arrests: Aggravated Assault w/Deadly Weapon and Online Solicitation of Minor

 

SAN ANGELO, TX - Since our last update, local law enforcement arrested and booked 78 people into the Tom Green County Jail. Included in those arrests were 23-year-old Ramiro Galvan and 28-year-old Howard Alexander Plumley.

According to the San Angelo Police Department, at around 11:30 a.m. yesterday, police dispatched to the 1100 block of E. 20th St. for the report of an armed subject. Officials took Galvan into custody and booked him for Aggravated Assault w/Deadly Weapon.

This is Galvan's 2nd arrest in Tom Green County, and his bond is set at $30,000.

Additionally, at around 9:20 p.m. last night, SAPD arrested Plumley near Executive and Sunset Drives for Online Solicitation of a Minor subsequent to an investigation that began in early February. 

This is Plumley's 1st arrest in TGC, and his bond is set at $35,000.

Also included in yesterday's arrests was Jose Raul Marquez, 48, who was arrested for evading and resisting arrest for an outstanding ATF warrant. For more on that arrest, visit here.

Overall, out of the 78 arrests in the past 48 hours, 52 people had outstanding warrants; 15 people went to jail for new crimes; and 11 arrestees went to the TGCJ for both.

  • Possession Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia: 2
  • DWI: 2
  • No Driver's License: 1
  • Unlawful Carrying of Weapon: 1
