ODESAA, TX – On Thursday at approximately 8:00 p.m., an unknown male was seen at Dollar General at 120 West Clements taking pictures of a 14 year old girl. The victim stated she heard the “shutter” of a camera and then saw the unidentified male holding his cell phone below her skirt with the camera facing up.
He is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5’ 6”, wearing a brown work shirt with the name tag "Jesus." Odessa PD released video footage of the suspect and is asking for any information that may lead to his identity and location. The suspect fled from the scene after being confronted by the victim’s parents.

Jesus Omar Moreno, 30, has been arrested in connection with the incident that occurred in a Dollar General in February.
He was identified thru the video surveillance footage from the store.
Moreno was arrested at the San Antonio International Airport this weekend and is being charged with invasive visual recording.
