Body of Missing Brownwood Man Found This Past Saturday

BROWNWOOD, TX - On October 4, Braulio Arriaga Jr, 59, went missing after walking away from his home in Brownwood. According to a local news source, this past Saturday, at approximately 1:40 p.m., his body was discovered after an ongoing search on Commerce Street in Brownwood.

Upon initial investigation, the police determined the victim’s clothes matched those reported Arriaga wore the day he disappeared, said the news source.

After completing an autopsy, it was determined the victim could be positively identified as Arriaga. The police were searching the area with the drone when they encountered the body.
