Saturday Morning Homicide Victim Identified by San Angelo Police

 

Police identified the victim of the homicide that occurred in the early morning hours of July 25 in San Angelo.

According to police, David Titus, 24, of San Angelo was found dead in the 200 block of W. 13th St. at 5:51 a.m. Saturday morning.

Photos taken at the scene revealed a body dressed in jeans and a black/white striped shirt lying face down in the roadway, with arms stretched out and up, next to a bicycle in the street. Blood on the street pavement and pools of blood mixed with water near where the incident occurred were still evident at the location just after 9 a.m. Saturday.

Police confirm that Titus was “found with a gunshot wound.”

James Batla - Are you saying he was shot because he didn't recycle or because he didn't put the bins back after pick up day?

yes this is very sad another one of my family member is dead because people do not know how to control themselves or stop shooting people. i live in new york. it sucks now i cant pay my respects. so i ask everyone please do not talk bad about this we are going through enough.
