Train Crashes into 18-wheeler in the Oil Patch

 

MIDLAND, TX – A major crash is backing up traffic in Midland County after a Union Pacific train crashed into an 18-wheeler Tuesday morning.

According to the Department of Public Safety, the crash occurred near the intersection of Business 20 (Hwy 80) and South County Road 1310.

Authorities confirmed no one was injured in the crash and at this time the cause of the wreck is unknown.

Drivers are asked to avoid the scene as crews work to clean up the area.
