Midland Man Dead After Failing To Yield Right of Way

 

ODESSA, TX – A Midland man was killed in Ector County when he failed to yield the right-of-way at the State Highway 302 and FM 1936 intersection this past weekend. The driver, Robert A. Ybarra, 27, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The location of the crash:

Ybarra was driving a 2014 Dodge RAM 3500 pickup when he struck a 2015 Dodge Ram 3500 pickup towing a trailer. The driver of the second truck, William McCafferty, 35, rushed to the hospital with injuries. According to NewsWest9, his condition is unknown.

The investigation is currently ongoing.
