DPS Jails Five for Online Solicitation of a Minor

 

Five men were picked up by agents of the Texas Department of Public Safety on Thursday and booked into the county jail on one count apiece of online solicitation of a minor. According to jail records, the sweep started at 9:35 p.m. on Dec. 11, when 40-year-old Stephen Paul Marburger was booked into the jail, followed by David Keith Kiser, 53, at 11:10 p.m., 27-year-old Jose Luis Quiroz at 12:05 a.m. on Dec. 12, 44-year-old David Ernest Garcia at 12:52 a.m. and Jose Antonio Hernandez, 24, at 2:22 a.m.

None of the men have addresses listed on their records, however the zip codes reported show three to be living within 76903 and two within 76904. The majority of them don't have extensive criminal records. 

Also jailed on Thursday were four charged with pot possession, three jailed for PI, two for theft, two for burglary, two for possession, three for assault, and two for DWI. Several inmates had multiple charges and/or were booked on warrants. 

A 33-year-old man, Patrick Eugene Malley of New Caney, was also booked for aggravated robbery and criminal trespass.
