Thirty-five people were booked into the county jail on Sunday, five of which were jailed on DWI charges. Four more were booked on public intoxication, as well as four for theft. Three were jailed on assault charges, three for possession, and two for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. One person apiece was jailed for marijuana, walking with traffic and evading arrest.
Bernardo Ponce-Ponce was arrested on Sunday morning for accident involving serious bodily injury/death in connection to a fatality crash that occurred on Saturday night.
Nineteen inmates were released on Sunday.
