Possession and Theft Charges Rank High on Monday

Possession and theft accounted for the majority of arrests on Monday, when six were arrested on drug charges and five were jailed for theft. 

Assault accounted for an additional four arrests, followed by public intoxication at three, two for DWI and pot possession and one indecent exposure charge. 

Thirty-five inmates were booked into the jail on Monday; 31 were released.
