San Angelo May Receive $9.5 Million Skilled Nursing Facility

SAN ANGELO, TX - According to the City of San Angelo’s February 2024 permits and inspections report, a “San Angelo Skilled Nursing Facility” is pending approval. 

In the report, the information shows that the facility wants to be established at the property located at 3215 YMCA Dr. This address is located on the south side of San Angelo, in a residential area. 

The total cost is shown as $9.5 million.
