San Angelo Airport Closed Friday Due to Ice on Runways

 

Airport Manager Luis Elguezabal closed San Angelo Regional Airport last night because of ice on the runways. He does not foresee any improvements in the conditions there today. 

American Airlines has cancelled the following flights: 

SJT to DFW:

Today - Flight No. 3334, 6:20 a.m. departure is cancelled

             Flight No. 2511, 12:40 p.m. departure is cancelled

DFW to SJT:

Today - Flight No. 3783. 10:20 a.m. arrival is cancelled

             Flight No. 2511, 12:10 a.m. arrival is cancelled

The City of San Angelo has announced that the San Angelo Regional Airport is closed indefinitely. We will provide updated information as it becomes available.
