Billie LuRene Allen Jacoby, born in San Angelo, Texas on January 22, 1934 to Robert Durward Allen and Maud OCB Holder Allen, went to be with her Heavenly Father on June 6, 2017 at the age of 83 years 5 months and a few days. LuRene graduated from Eola High School in May 1951, where she earned the rank of Salutatorian and was voted the Most Beautiful of her class. She married Marvin D. "Jackie" Jacoby on August 2, 1952. She began her career in banking at San Angelo National Bank in 1951 and retired from banking at Wells Fargo Bank around 1996, where she made lifelong friends. She was a fierce protector of her family and worked tirelessly to provide for them. She believed in God, family, and love above all else and instilled those values in her loved ones. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her daughter, Sherry Diane Jacoby Parker, her brother, Travis Allen, a special nephew, Monte D. Allen, and an aunt that was like a mother to her, Lorene Holder Stokes.
