Paving on College Hills Boulevard Begins Today

SAN ANGELO, TX — The City of San Angelo announced that paving operations on College Hills Boulevard from Loop 306 to Cumberland will commence today, April 17.

Officials stated that after this paving phase is completed, construction efforts will shift to the west side of the road.

“Due to less concrete work, we expect this portion to progress quickly,” the city stated.

The College Hills project is on track for completion by December 2024.

The city also updated the status of traffic signals along College Hills Boulevard.

The signal at the College Hills and Sunset intersection is currently set to flash red, functioning as a four-way stop.

Meanwhile, the College Hills and Oxford intersection signal is fully operational.
