Final Full Moon of the Decade Peaks December 12 at 12:12 a.m.

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – The final full moon of the decade is finally here. 

According to the Old Farmers Almanac, the full moon that arrives every December will peak on the 12th at 12:12 a.m. 

December’s full Moon has traditionally been known as the Full Cold Moon by some Native Americans tribes since this is the month that heralds in the cold winter season.

The National Weather Service is expecting clear to partly cloudy skies tonight and tomorrow morning.
