WATCH: EMS Takes Central High Student to Hospital After Altercation at Golf Course

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- A teenage girl from Central High School was sent to the hospital after an altercation at the Santa Fe Golf Course. 

At around 1:45 p.m. the San Angelo EMS and Police were dispatched to the 100 block of Veteran's Memorial Drive for the report of an unconscious person. 

When authorities arrived, they found an unidentified teenage girl laying unconscious underneath a tree on the fairway just north of the Beauregard St. Bridge.

"At this point we do not know whether this was a fight or an assault," said an SAPD officer on scene. 

The girl was taken to the hospital but no information the severity of her injuries.

Don't really know cause I don't have any knowledge of this, but I wonder if she was accidentally by a golf ball?

Not much info to go on but I was wondering if the police considered if maybe she was accidentally hit by a golf ball?
