Afternoon Crash on Sherwood Leads to Hospital Visits and Citation

SAN ANGELO, TX - A crash this Tuesday afternoon on Sherwood Way sent two people to the hospital.

According to the San Angelo Police Department, a silver Lincoln traveling east on Sherwood Way was hit by a Dodge pickup truck pulling out of the Fuzzy’s Taco Shop parking lot at 4333 Sherwood Way. 

Both occupants within the Lincoln were transported to Shannon Medical Center for “injuries that weren’t serious.” 

One citation was issued for failure to yield the right of way out of a private drive. 

A City Marshal rolled in on the investigation once things were wrapping up.
