Suspect Threatened to Kill Officers During Arrest

 

SAN ANTONIO, TX – A San Antonio threatened to kill and sexually assault police officers while they tried to arrest him.

According to KABB, 31-year-old Christopher Gutierrez was behaving erratically when officers arrived at a home along Dorsey Street. According to arrest records, Gutierrez lunged at a person, and officers attempted to restrain him.

While he was being restrained Gutierrez made violent threats to three officers who were conducting the arrest.

He yelled at one officer that “he was going to go to his residence and kill him in front of his family." He then told a second officer “he was going to take his family and sexually assault them in front of him slowly so they can remember every detail and then kill him.”

Gutierrez also threatened to rape a third officer that was present at the scene. 

He is charged with resisting arrest.
