NFL Announces Texans 2020 Schedule

HOUSTON, TX – The NFL has released the full schedule for the 2020 season, including a four game preseason. 

Here is the preseason schedule:

Week 1 – at Minnesota Vikings (TBD)

Week 2 – vs. Seattle Seahawks (TBD)

Week 3 – at New Orleans Saints (TBD)

Week 4 – vs. Dallas Cowboys (TBD)

The Texans have the first game of the regular season, a Thanksgiving game, and a AFC Playoff Rematch. 

Week one will be Thursday Night Football on Sept. 10 at the Kansas City Chiefs. Kickoff is at 7:20 p.m. on NBC.

Week two will be the home opener on Sept. 20 vs. the Baltimore Ravens. Kickoff is at 3:25 p.m. on CBS. 

Week three is a AFC battle on Sept. 27 at the Pittsburgh Steelers. Kickoff is at  12 p.m. on CBS. 

Week four starts with the Texans vs. the Minnesota Vikings at 12 p.m. on Fox. 

Week five begins the Texan' division play when they host the Jacksonville Jaguars on Oct. 11. Kickoff is at 12 p.m. on CBS. 

Week six the Texans travel to face division rival the Tennessee Titans. Kickoff starst at 12 p.m. on CBS. 

Week seven the Green Bay Packers travel to Houston to take on the Texans. Kickoff from NRG stadium starts at 12 p.m. on FOX. 

Week eight is the Texan's bye week.

Week nine starts in Jacksonville will the early kickoff against the Jaguars. The game will begin at 12 p.m. on CBS. 

Week 10 is a matchup between the Texans and the Cleveland Browns in Houston. Kickoff is set for 12 p.m. on FOX. 

Week 11 the Texans will start the back stretch of their schedule by hosting the New England Patriots. Kickoff is at 12 p.m. on CBS. 

Week 12 will be the first Thanksgiving game of the year between the Texans and the Detroit Lions. Kickoff is at 11:30 a.m. on CBS. 

Week 13 will be the first matchup between AFC South foes the Indianapolis Colts. Kickoff is at 12 p.m. on CBS. 

Week 14 the Texans will be traveling to Chicago to take on the Bears. Kickoff is at 12 p.m. on CBS. 

Week 15 is a game that is still up in the air. The Colts will host the game but it is unclear when or where it will be played. This was originally an international game. 

Week 16 will be the Philadelphia Eagles coming into NRG Stadium. Kickoff is at 12 p.m. on CBS. 

Week 17 will be the last game of the season and it will be in Houston against the New York Giants. Kickoff is at 12 p.m. on CBS.
