AREA SOCCER: Central Girls Stay Unbeaten Behind Barrage of Goals

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- The Central Lady Cats blanked Fort Worth Richland 4-0 on Friday to maintain their unbeaten record.

Central got their goals from Addi Bonaventure, Torren Martinez, Averi Handy and Angelo Alvarado. Kelsey Wallace picked up a pair of assists in the win. Aspen Connell and Skyler Lubus also each had an assist.

The Lady Cat defense only had to contest three shots from Richland. In comparison, Central put 13 shots on goal.

Central (7-0-5, 1-0-1) stays level with Abilene in second place with five points in the District 3-6A table. Central will travel to Hurst Bell on Feb. 5.
