Angelo State Bowl Game to be Televised

 

SAN ANGELO, TX-- On Saturday, December 2, the Angelo State Rams will square off with Washburn University at the C.H.A.M.P.S. Heart of Texas Bowl in Copperas Cove.

The bowl appearance marks the first postseason appearance for Angelo State since their 2014 appearance in the Division II National Playoffs and first bowl game since 1972.

For fans unable to make the trek to Copperas Cove, you will be able to watch the game from home.

According to a tweet from the official twitter account of Angelo State Athletics, the game against Wahsburn will be televised on the Fox College Sports Pacific channel as well as the Fox Sports streaming medium, Fox Sports Go. For fans, that channel is Dish 412-433, DirecTV 608, and Suddenlink 420.

The Rams are currently 6-4 and will look to finish the year 7-4 for the first time since 2015. Kickoff is scheduled for 6 pm at Bulldawg Stadium in Copperas Cove.
