Free Dog Adoptions at Midnight Adoption Event

SAN ANGELO, TX — Concho Valley PAWS is hosting the “Beat the Heat - Midnight Event” on August 18 from 6:00 p.m. to midnight. All dog adoptions are FREE!

The goal for Concho Valley PAWS is “to clear the shelter and place every adoptable dog in a loving home.” The Concho Valley PAWS crew is working hard to get the shelter and animals ready for the large crowds expected.

Because such large crowds are expected, CVP is asking those who are interested in adopting to fill out the application for adoption ahead of time. You can find the adoption application here.

Concho Valley PAWS will process the application and when you are approved they will sent you an approval letter. Bring that letter to the event and use it as a Fast Pass, so you can visit with pups quicker. You do not need to know which pet you want at the time you submit your application.

We strongly encourage you to complete the adoption application now. Follow the link below to our online application. This does not commit you to adopting, but it does help ensure that you will have an enjoyable adoption experience at the busiest adoption event of the year,” says CVP.

People are welcome to attend without going through the pre-qualification process, however it is not guaranteed you will get your application processed as this is a nighttime event. Veterinarians and landlords will be hard to reach in the late hours. Bring veterinary records with you and a copy of your lease.

For more information on the event, visit Concho Valley PAWS.
