Thunderstorms Appear to be Splitting and Going Around San Angelo Again

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Strong thunderstorms are invading the Concho Valley again Thursday evening and that's a good thing for area watersheds, but they again seem to be splitting and going around the city of San Angelo.

According to the National Weather Service office at Mathis Field in San Angelo, between now and 710 p.m., isolated showers and thunderstorms will occur across the northern Big Country, and a few showers and thunderstorms will continue to develop into Crockett County. Conditions are favorable for storms to strengthen and to produce frequent lightning, small hail and gusty winds. More organized storms could move east into the Big Country after 7 p.m.

Thunderstorms are possible late this afternoon and evening across the Big Country, Concho Valley, and northern Edwards Plateau. A few storms may be severe west of a Baird to Ozona line. The main hazards will be large hail, damaging winds, and dangerous lightning.

Me and Mr Bernstein we're talking and, well, we both agreed that as long as you're sticking it to whitey, you're doing alright! They sure can use a good jab with that butter knife every now and again to knock em back into reality. If you see anyone so much as wearing a feather in their hat, (or, for that matter, snakeskin boots,) contact the ADL, ACLU, and be sure to loudly reprimand them for their fascism. Meanwhile, carry some travel brochures for various European countries and casually leave them near the pigmentally challenged until they catch a hint.

The border crossed us, Chief!
