Restaurants Open on Thanksgiving Day in San Angelo

SAN ANGELO, TX— Thanksgiving Day, is a day dedicated to giving thanks to those around you and spending time with the family, over a delicious traditional meal, carefully prepared with an abundance of love.

Every year, many San Angeloan's carefully articulate their Thanksgiving commencements, with a delectable home cooked meal surrounded by family near and far. Some families, just plan to gobble down and pass out, watching whatever NFL game is playing. Then there's the families that do both and even have a mapped out chart, of how they will execute this years Black Friday doorbusters.

In addition to those families with all their holiday festivities planned out, there's still San Angelo's relevant military and college community, with several individuals that didn't get to make it back home for the Thanksgiving holidays. Luckily our hospitable town is dedicated to serving those who want to have that home-style feel to go along with a traditional home-style meal.

  • Bentwood, 11 a.m.-2 p.m., 2111 Club House Ln: Serving a Thanksgiving style buffet 

  • Golden Corral, 9:30 a.m.–9 p.m., 4387 W Houston Harte Expy: serving a Thanksgiving style buffet

  • China Garden, 10:30 a.m.-8 p.m., 4217 College Hills Blvd: Serving their regular selection of chinese food buffet, as well as a thanksgiving style buffet.
