San Angelo ISD Elections are Today. Here's Where to Vote

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Election Day for the at-large position for the Board of Trustees to the San Angelo ISD is today.

The election pits incumbent Lanny Layman against upstart Christ Giroux. Layman serves in an at-large seat, meaning his is elected by voters in all San Angelo ISD districts. Layman was elected the board president by his peers on the school board. Giroux is a Tea Party candidate running against a conservative Layman from Layman's right. Giroux lost a previous election in 2017 for San Angelo City Council.

The county Elections Office is operating its voting centers and residents registered to vote who are living inside the jurisdiction of the San Angelo ISD can vote at any of the following locations until 7 p.m.

  • Calvary Baptist Church - 2321 Armstrong St.
  • Christoval Community Center - 20222 Main, Christoval
  • Concho Valley Transit District - 510 North Chadbourne
  • Celebration Church - 2639 Sunset Dr.
  • First Assembly of God - 1442 Edmund Blvd.
  • Grape Creek ISD Admin Building - 8207 US Hwy 87 N
  • Keating Paint and Body - 5050 North Chadbourne
  • MHMR - 1501 W. Beauregard Ave.
  • West Texas Training Center at Howard College -
  • Segunda Iglesia Bautista Church - 530 W. Avenue T
  • Southgate Church of Christ - 528 Country Club Road
  • Wall Brethren Church - 7921 Loop 570, Wall
  • TXDOT - 4502 Knickerbocker Rd. Bldg. E
  • Veribest Baptist Church - 50 FM 2334, Veribest
