Conaway Files for Re-Election for 8th Term as CD-11 Congressman

MIDLAND, TX — Saturday, Congressman Mike Conaway filed for reelection with the Republican Party of Texas.

"Last November, the American people delivered a decisive victory to President Trump and the Republican party. We've spent the last year working to roll back harmful Obama era regulations, and get the American economy working again. I'm running for reelection so that we can continue promoting solid, conservative policies that will strengthen our military, create jobs for hardworking Americans, and protect our Constitutional rights. I look forward to continuing my service to the people of the eleventh Congressional District of Texas, because I know that together we can accomplish even more," said Congressman Mike Conaway.

Congressman Conaway currently serves as Chairman of the House Agriculture Committee, Chairs the House Russia Investigation, and sits on the House Armed Services Committee as well as the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.

Conaway has served seven terms in the U.S. House. The 29-county 11th congressional district includes the cities of Midland, Odessa and San Angelo.
