NWS: Fog Monday and Heavy Rain This Week

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Expect patchy dense fog this morning across the Concho Valley and Big Country. The visibility will be less than 1/4 of a mile at times. Motorists are urged to use caution and slow down.

Strong to severe thunderstorms will be possible Tuesday evening and especially Tuesday night, across much of West Central Texas. Strong to severe thunderstorms will be possible again Wednesday late evening and Wednesday night, across most of West Central Texas. Large hail, damaging winds and deadly lightning will be the main threats. However, locally heavy rainfall will bring the potential for brief flash flooding as well.
