UPDATE: Power Restored in Rural Areas After Thunderstorms Caused Outages

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- There are reports of power outages across the Concho Valley in the wake of that line of strong thunderstorms Wednesday afternoon. 

According to the Concho Valley Electric Cooperative's Facebook page, the storm has caused many widespread outages.

AEP Transmission crews are working on outages affecting areas around Bronte, Robert Lee, and Edith.

CVEC crews are working on outages SW of Sterling City, N of Barnhart. Also, areas West of Paint Rock, North of Eola, and West of Eola.

We are aware of outages on My Rd and West of Miles. Crews will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Power has been restored to all areas according to the Concho Valley Electric Cooperative.
